Tell us about your successes and challenges as a teacher.
Since the age of ten, I had wanted to become a teacher and work in the Lutheran School system. All of my educational decisions were made with that goal in mind. I have always enjoyed the challenge teaching brings, no matter what the age level of the students. Today I am excited with the opportunity to help build a firm foundation for our school, and view my recent role as administrator as a gift from the Lord, that He put me here to meet the need.

I have known that I wanted to teach since I was eight years old. Every teaching experience that I have had, has given me new insights, methods, and skills for teaching. As a first year teacher, I am excited to apply the positive lessons learned these past years of working with elementary age students while I have waited for the right classroom. I am happy to make Cross and Crown my teaching home.

This last year I worked in a Kindergarten class as an aide for an autistic student.  It helped me learn so much more and grow my patience. As a new teacher I have a lot of things to learn, but am excited to grow alongside your child.
